Returns Policy

Return - Product Replacement
You have the right to return the products you purchased and/or request their replacement within fourteen (14) calendar days, either because you encountered a problem in the order process or identified a problem with a product, or because you changed your mind.
• In items "on request", returns are not accepted.
• Items in the category "protective/gloves", e.g. guest robes, caps, textile and paper masks, etc. refunds are not accepted for hygiene reasons.
• In all cases where there is proven fault of CLEAN SHOP HELLAS S.A. you can return – replace a product in one of our stores free of charge or we can pick it up from your place at our own expense.
• In all cases where the customer is at fault, or concerning a change of opinion, the refund is made by your own means of transport, or by means of transport of your choice, at your own expense.
• Before sending the return,
you should contact us to give you your return code.
• In any case, a prerequisite for the return/replacement to be possible is that the products have not been used, are in the condition received, complete with all the parts and accessories that accompany them and without damage, their packaging is the one that normally accompanies them and is in excellent condition.
Refund in cases of Product Return:
In the case of product refunds, the refund is made in one of the following ways:
- by cancelling your credit card charge, or
- with a refund by depositing into a bank account.
• The cost of the transport you paid to receive your order is not refundable.
